Pinpoint Priority Service offer expert installation, maintenance and support services.
Our designated installation and system support arm, Pinpoint Priority Service, has a specialist team of in-house installation and security engineers who have the expertise to quickly and efficiently install Pinpoint products to the highest possible standards.
As well as being Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) certified, our specialist engineers understand the sensitive environment in which they are working and ensure each installation is completed quickly, efficiently and with minimum disruption.
Once the installation is complete we provide a 12-month free warranty meaning, we'll keep your system working free from additional charge. This includes all parts and labour, unless there has been a breakdown or fault which has been caused by outside influences.
During this 12-month period, we'll also carry out a preventative maintenance inspection, thoroughly checking all settings and connections and making any necessary adjustments or corrections.
We also provide a range of service and maintenance contracts to keep your Pinpoint System properly serviced throughout its lifetime.
