I can confirm that we have received comprehensive and complete training on the use of the Pinpoint Staff Personal Alarm System that has been installed, and fully understand its operation and the functionality of its component parts, including but not limited to the operation of the Personal Infrared Transmitter and its testing, charging or battery-changing as applicable.

I can also confirm that all questions we have asked and clarifications that we have sought have been satisfactorily answered and understood and that I have received an Operations Manual and instruction on any reactive or preventative maintenance procedures that are appropriate.
