Pinpoint is returning to Design in Mental Health Conference on 3-4 June 2025 to exhibit the latest in staff safety alarms and security systems for mental health spaces.
Dedicated to the good design of mental health settings, Design in Mental Health Conference brings together experts in the construction, refurbishment, and clinical provision of mental health environments.
We are delighted to showcase Pinpoint’s pioneering P2 System, network with industry professionals, catch up with familiar faces, and contribute to the wider discussion around the safe design of mental health environments.

Data from NHS UK revealed 1 in 7 staff members (14.38%) experienced physical violence from patients, their relatives, or other members of the public in 2024 – a sharp rise from the previous year (13.38%). The evident risk to staff safety requires careful consideration in the design of psychiatric settings.
Pinpoint’s discreet, yet powerful and easy-to-use P2 alarm system enables mental health staff to quickly summon assistance should a patient display hostile or aggressive behaviour. Preparing for the copper switch-off
The move to shut down of all networks relying on copper wire is underway. Pinpoint customers with pre-existing reporting supervisors are required to update their devices to adapt to the new fibre optic network.
